Assessment
Movement screening, Force Plate testing, biomechanics analysis - map out the skeleton of the training plan.
Data-driven strength & conditioning for athletes — built on velocity-based training, force plate assessment, and individualized program design.
I am a strength and conditioning coach based in London. I have worked with clients from 16 to 75, from elite junior basketball players at one end, a 75-year-old cyclist at the other. This journey has taught me to build a programme around the person in front of me rather than the sport on their profile.
Alongside performance work, I take athletes through the later stages of return to play after season-ending injuries such as ACL reconstruction and Achilles rupture, working with the athlete's medical team on the strength and load side.
I test and track with force plates throughout, and use velocity-based training so that each session produces the specific adaptation it was designed for, rather than assuming it did.
Assessment informs programming. Programming is tracked in every coaching session.
Movement screening, Force Plate testing, biomechanics analysis - map out the skeleton of the training plan.
Individualized strength and power programming built around velocity-based training, periodized to competition schedules and each athlete's testing profile.
Hands-on technical coaching for lifting, jumping, and change-of-direction mechanics — in-person in London or remote with video review.
Single-session testing: CMJ, drop jump RSI, isometric dynamometry, full report.
Ongoing programming and in-person coaching, re-test every 2 months to monitor progress
Remote athletes and teams: programming plus video technique review, no in-person requirement.
Based in London, working with athletes locally and remotely. Get in touch to book a testing session or discuss a coaching block.
